1. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Product received in damaged or spoiled condition
Incomplete or missing items in the order
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind after delivery
Partial consumption of the product
Delay in pickup by customer
2. Return Conditions:
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, untampered, and in original packaging
Photo or video proof of the issue is required

Our delivery person will schedule a pickup
Product will be inspected before accepting the return
Refund policy
After verifying your complaint, if approved, we will initiate a full or partial refund to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take some additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
